Client Services Manager

Our team is currently seeking a highly productive, proactive, and organized individual who is passionate about project management and client service and strong in analytical abilities to join the TGO Renewal Team to manage a meaningful amount of leveraged life insurance renewals.

This includes working with high net worth clients, partnering institutions, other affiliate advisors, and our renewal team internally. This role includes a meaningful amount of analytical work, process management, superior communication skills, and the ability to execute on multiple tasks.

After undergoing a very clear and delineated training program and achieving delineated benchmarks of knowledge and execution, this person will become the Manager of several in-force plans and surrounding processes. This person will have immense opportunity to expand their role within the company, based on their ability to manage the many activities and initiatives, speed at which they learn, and level of performance of their duties. This will include current management of $1B+ of insurance assets, with meaningful plans to grow this number already in process. We are launching into a phase of expansion and this individual will be a part of the continued expansion stages.

This person will be an integral player in managing existing cases for the business (and in turn bringing in revenue). This person will aid in developing and growing relationships with the institutions that we work with (including the new relationships that we are developing) and providing an unsurpassable client experience. This person will be responsible at the outset for learning various facets of life insurance and the nuances of a unique asset called an insurance contract. You will learn very early on in your training that an insurance contract has a near-continuum of complex technical abilities that enable us to do more than the typical person who simply sells insurance. This person will manage many aspects of renewals such as preparing various models, creating analyses, looking for efficiencies, preparing and communicating with clients/institutions, etc. Upon successful completion of various benchmarks, this person will also have the ability to manage an analyst who will assist with some of the aforementioned work.

At the onset, this person will be in a learning mode and will sit in several chairs during a specific built out training program. Upon successful completion of the training program, this person will begin managing various facets of the day-to-day. Assuming that this person has achieved the set benchmarks in the first 120 days, this person will oversee multiple cases at once with various responsibilities based upon benchmarks achieved. This person will need to juggle many plates in a fastidious manner. This is a fast-moving organization that is expanding quickly, and at times, results in stressful scenarios with temporal and financial consequences (and financial benefits). This individual must be anticipatory with strong attention to detail.
